斜放四角锥网架结构优化设计
Optimization design of the diagonal square pyramid double-layer space grids
【摘要】 以结构杆件总质量最小为优化目标,根据杆件的强度、刚度、稳定性、最小截面及结构挠度的约束条件,建立了斜放四角锥网架结构的离散断面优化的数学模型,并采用遗传算法对其进行了求解.算例结果表明,与文献中计算结果比较,杆件总质量减轻8 917.04 kg,优化率为39.06%.
【Abstract】 The optimal design target is the minimum mass of double-layer space grids’ members.The optimization mathematical model of discrete cross-section is established with the restrictions of structure members’ strength,rigidity,stability,minimum cross-section and the structural deflection,and it is solved by the genetic algorithm.The example indicates that the total mass of the double-layer space grids structure members is reduced by 8917.04 kg and the radio of the optimization is 39.06% in contrast with the result of the literature.
