两种热处理钛合金的摩擦磨损性能

【摘要】 选用经过常规退火和强化热处理的两种状态TC4钛合金材料,采用销盘式摩擦磨损实验机,进行了钛合金的干摩擦磨损实验,并利用金相显微镜和扫描电镜观察和分析了磨损表面.实验结果表明:在钛合金的摩擦过程中存在一段预磨期;常规退火态钛合金的摩擦因数略高于强化热处理钛合金的摩擦因数;强化热处理钛合金的磨损失重量是常规退火钛合金的三分之一,说明强化热处理可使钛合金的耐磨性能得到很大提高;常规退火钛合金的磨损机制以黏着磨损为主,强化热处理钛合金的磨损机制以磨粒磨损为主.

【Abstract】 Using a pin-on-disc dry sliding wear tester, the friction behavior of TC4 titanium alloy in normal annealed condition and in strengthened condition was studied. The morphology on worn surface of samples was examined using an optical microscope and a scanning electron microscope. There is a pre-wear period in the process of wear experiment. Friction coefficient of normal titanium alloy is a little higher than that of strengthened titanium alloy. Wear loss of strengthened titanium alloy is one third of normal titanium alloy, which means strengthened heat treatment can increase wear resistance of titanium alloy. Analysis indicates that the wear mechanism of normal titanium alloy is adherence wear and the wear mechanism of strengthened titanium alloy is particle wear.
