【摘要】 针对有些作者缺少科技论文写作和投稿经验,经常面临稿件被退或被退回补充修改或被告之等待排队发表等窘地,根据编辑实践的心理感知,指出了作者在题文相切、关键词抽取、摘要写作、引言概述、正文方法论证、结论提炼、参考文献引用等写作要点,同时,提出了“投其所需”(抓栏目、抓要素、抓新意、抓项目、抓模式)和“摸清情况”(弄清期刊性质与特色、稿源状况、审稿权限、编辑权责、感情沟通)的投稿策略.更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the fact that some contributors are inexperienced in technical thesis writing and contribution and are often faced with the embarrassment of rejection,rewriting and being on the long waiting list,editors of the journal presents the suggestions on the following aspects: correlation of title and content,choice of key words ,abstract writing,introduction,demonstration method for the text,conclusion extraction and bibliography.At the same time contributors are advised how to contribute to the need of the target journal(its columns,essence,new ideas,projects,and patterns),and how to acquaint oneself with the target journal(its nature and characteristic,contribution,manuscript reading,editorial authority and emotional communication)更多还原
