【摘要】 根据大庆原油高蜡的性质,选择了4种降凝效果较好的高蜡原油降凝剂产品(TRJ-1,TNL-1,F-5339,F-5329),考察了其对大庆第八采油厂徐22-29井原油的降凝效果;通过对原油凝点下降的测定,筛选出了适用于大庆原油的F-5339降凝剂;综合考虑了影响降凝剂降凝效果的活化温度、热处理时间、冷却速率、质量浓度、剪切速度等因素,通过实验得到了F-5339降凝剂的最佳工艺条件.实验结果表明:加入F-5339降凝剂可使析蜡点温度降低13℃,反常点温度降低10℃;F-5339的最佳工艺条件,活化温度为70℃,热处理时间为3.0 h,冷却速率为0.5℃/min,质量浓度为500 mg/L.更多还原

【Abstract】 We choose some kind of product that can reduce the solidifying point of Daqing crude oil base on its quality.The solidifying point of Daqing crude oil in Recovery Plant No.8 was mensurated by experimentation and the most appropriate pour point depressant was selected.The effect factor of character which Daqing crude oil adding pour point depressant was discussed,including the temperature and quantity of pour point depressants,the dosage of pour point depressant,cooling velocity and shearing rate,etc.And the adding method of pour point depressant was optimized.更多还原
