多杯等流型气锚的水力设计
Hydraulic design for liquid-gas separator with multi-cups and isoflowrate
【摘要】 为了提高抽油机井的泵效,在分析气锚气液分离效率的影响因素基础上,分析了通过多个沉降杯实现气液分离,降低液体下降速度,有效地提高气液分离效率的原理.建立了多杯等流型气锚的流动方程,给出了水力设计计算方法.应用多杯等流型气锚,抽油机井泵效平均提高25%以上.
【Abstract】 In order to increase the pump efficiency of pumping wells,after analyzing the influence factors on liquid-gas separation efficiency,principles of decreasing liquid sedimentation velocity and increasing of liquid-gas separation efficiency in the liquid-gas separator with Multi-cup and isoflowrate,the flow equations and the design methods are given.According to statistical data,the average pump efficiency was increased by more than 25%.
