水平管中三角柱体的气液两相斯特罗哈数的变化规律
Variation laws of gas-liquid strouhal number of triangle cylinder in horizontal tube
【摘要】 研究气液两相斯特罗哈数,可为利用气液两相涡街特性测量气液两相流量与组分开辟一种新方法,也可开发出适用于气液两相流体流量等参数测量的新仪表.通过实验,分析了三角形柱体在水平管的气液两相流中,发生气液两相涡街时,气液两相斯特罗哈数的变化规律,得出了气液两相斯特罗哈数的通用关系式.结果表明,气液两相斯特罗哈数在两相工况下为一变数,在来流截面含气率小于10%时,与来流截面含气率、涡街发生体的迎流面宽度、来流流速等因素有关;应用通用关系式,根据测得的两相涡街频率可将涡街发生体作为测量两相流流量与组分的测量元件.
【Abstract】 In this paper, the Strouhal number of the triangle cylinder, occurring in gas-liquid vortex street (the Karmen vortex street), are studied experimentally in horizontal gas-liquid flow. On the basis of a large number of experimental data, a universal equation for gas-liquid Strouhal number are obtained. Results show that the two-phase Strouhal number is a variable and is affected by void fraction, body size and flow rate etc. By using this equation, according to the two-phase vortex street frequency, the vortex street emission can be used as an element for measuring the two-phase flow rate or components.
