化学镀法制备Pd及其合金复合膜过程分析
Analysis of the preparation process of Pd and its alloy composite membranes by electroless plating technique
【摘要】 阐述了Pd及其合金复合膜的种类及其制备方法,其中化学镀法较好,通过改变镀液质量浓度和控制反应速率,可制备一定厚度的Pd膜.分析了化学镀方法制备钯膜过程中影响膜性能及其生成速率的因素,如预活化方法、镀液组成、EDTA影响、施镀温度和载体结构以及在镀膜一侧施加压力等,为Pd及其合金复合膜制备条件的优化提供参考.
【Abstract】 Kinds of palladium and its alloy composite membranes and several methods to prepare Pd-films are described, with the electroeess plating method being regarded advantageous. The paper mainly analyzes various factors which affect the membrane performance and the rate of palladium deposited, such as activation method, reducing agent, composition of plating bath, plating temperature and microstructure of supports. The analysis would be useful for people to choose better preparation conditions in the related efforts.
