油田污水电渗析处理后浓水ASP体系的配制

【摘要】 利用电渗析装置处理油田污水,产出了V(淡水)∶V(浓水)=1∶1的淡水和浓水,配制了污水和浓水ASP体系溶液,绘制了2个ASP体系界面张力活性图.结果表明:与污水ASP体系相比,浓水ASP体系达到超低界面张力时,NaOH的质量分数大幅下移并且变宽(从污水ASP体系的0.70%~1.25%变为0.40%~1.00%),而表面活性剂质量分数范围略有缩小(从污水ASP体系的0.05%~0.40%变为0.10%~0.40%),Na2CO3不适合与ORS-41复配浓水ASP体系;在保持表面活性剂和聚合物质量分数与现场污水ASP体系配方(1350mg/L聚合物+0.3%ORS-41+1.0%NaOH)相同的情况下,浓水低碱(较低NaOH质量分数)ASP体系的NaOH用量比污水ASP体系的NaOH用量降低了0.4%,从而既减小了碱垢给ASP体系带来的不利影响,又充分利用了电渗析处理后的大量浓水;对比了2个ASP体系的流变曲线,发现浓水低碱ASP体系黏度略高于污水ASP体系的黏度;浓水低碱ASP体系采收率也能超过20%,具有良好的驱油效果,也能驱替各种残余油.

【Abstract】 The same volume of fresh water and high salinity water are produced after the oilfield sewage is disposed by electrodialysis. The active diagram of the two ASP systems’ interfacial tension is drawn out. The result shows that the alkali concentration range of the high salinity water ASP system to reach the range of ultra low interfacial tension is wider than oilfield sewage ASP system, and alkali concentration range also moves to the direction of the low-alkali(from 0.8%1.25% of oilfield sewage ASP system to 0.4%1.0%). But the surfactant ORS-41 concentration range becomes a little smaller (from 0.05%0.5% of sewage ASP system to 0.10.5%). Na2CO3 is not fit to make ASP system with high-salinity water. The alkali concentration of high-salinity ASP system is lower than oilfield sewage ASP system by 0.4% in the case of the same polymer and surfactant concentration of the ASP formulation used in oilfield(1 350 mg/L polymer+0.3%surfactant ORS-41+1% alkali ).Using high-salinity water to prepare ASP system not only reduces alkali scale extent,but also makes use of high salinity water. The high salinity ASP system’s viscosity is a little higher than oilfield sewage ASP systems’. The results of the microscopic flooding experiment for two ASP formulations by photoengraving model show that the high-salinity and low-alkali-concentration ASP system can flood all kinds of residual oil and improve oil displacement as does the original ASP system.
