【摘要】 SWOT定性分析方法目前被广泛应用于企业的战略研究,但其分析结果过于概念化,难以准确把握.在定性分析的基础上,构造了一个用于企业战略定位的SWOT量化分析模型.实例分析表明:结合企业科技发展现状,采用SWOT量化分析模型,能够准确分析企业内、外部战略的影响因素,明确企业战略定位和重点发展方向,以确定合理的战略态势和战略措施组合.更多还原

【Abstract】 The qualitative analysis method of SWOT now is widely used in strategy decision of businesses,but it is too conceptional to grasp the analysis result.On the basis of qualitative analysis,this paper established the quantitative analysis model for determining business strategy state.The example analysis shows that using quantitative analysis method of SWOT,considering the state in quo of business technology development,can properly analyze internal and external factors influencing business strategy,define business strategy orientation and primary direction for development,and therefore determins suitable strategy state and strategies measure combination.更多还原
