聚合物与碱/表面活性剂交替注入物理模拟实验研究
Physical Simulation Experimental Study on Alternative Injection of Polymer and Alkali/surfactant
【摘要】 为了最大限度地发挥聚合物驱扩大波及体积的作用和碱/表面活性剂二元驱提高洗油效率的作用,针对聚合物驱吸入剖面在一定阶段发生反转,三元复合驱高、中、低渗透层三元体系吸入量差异大等问题,提出了一种利用聚合物与碱/表面活性剂交替注入提高采收率的新方法。物理模拟驱油实验结果表明,聚合物与碱/表面活性剂交替注入驱油效果好于单独聚合物驱;在用量相同的条件下,高相对分子质量聚合物与碱/表面活性剂交替注入驱油效果好于三元复合驱,并可解决污水利用问题。
【Abstract】 In order to make full use of polymer flooding in increasing sweep efficiency and improve efficiency of alkal/surfactant flooding,this paper proposes a new method of alternative injection of polymer and alkali/surfactant aiming at problems of polymer suction profile reversing in certain stage and large difference of suction amount of ASP system in high,medium and low permeable layers.Physical simulation experiment of displacement shows that alternative injection of polymer and alkali/surfactant has better effect than single polymer injection.With same volume,alternative injection of polymer with high relative molecular quality and alkali/surfactant has better effect than ASP flooding,and can solve the problem of usage of produced water.
