抽油机井杆柱振动载荷有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis on Roof Bolt Vibrating Load of Rod Pumped Well
【摘要】 根据振动理论,采用有限元方法,在考虑抽油杆柱纵向振动、横向振动和扭转振动的耦合条件下,研究了抽油杆柱在工作中的振动规律,并研究了抽汲参数对抽油杆柱的振动载荷的影响,为抽油杆柱的减振及研究抽油机井中杆柱力学行为奠定理论基础。
【Abstract】 Based on vibrating theory,and using finite element method,this paper studies vibrating rules of pumping rod in operation with consideration of coupling conditions of vertical vibration,transverse vibration and torsional vibration.It also studies effect of swabbing parameter on vibration load of roof bolt,providing theoretical basis for decreasing vibration of roof bolt and studying mechanical behaviour of roof bolt of rod pumped well.
