故障树分析法在石化热电厂供汽系统可靠性分析中的应用
Application of fault tree analysis method in reliability analysis of steam-supplying system in thermal power plant of SINOPEC enterprise
【摘要】 石化企业的自备热电厂以供汽为主,发电为辅,热电厂供汽的可靠性直接影响着企业的生产。故障树作为系统失效分析的有力工具,可应用于热电厂供汽的可靠性分析和预测。文章介绍了故障树分析法的基本原理,结合热电厂供汽系统的特点,建立了供汽系统的失效模型,采用最小割集进行了定性分析,确定了影响热电厂供汽系统可靠性的主要因素。
【Abstract】 The primary function of SINOPEC enterprise owned thermal power plant is to supply steam,and its secondary function is to generate electric power,therefore the reliability of steam-supplying system affects directly the production of enterprises.As a powerful tool in system failure analysis,Fault Tree Analysis(FTA)can be applied in the reliability analysis and prediction of supplying-steam in thermal power plant.In the paper,the basic concept of FTA is described,and the failure model of steam-supplying system is proposed in accordance with the characteristics of supplying-steam of thermal power plant.The main factors,which affect the reliability of supplying-steam,are determined by qualitative analysis in which the minimal cut-set approach is used.
