【摘要】 电能质量问题日益引起电力部门和电力用户的高度重视,电能质量问题中不容忽视的一部分是对电能质量综合评价的分析与研究,在对供电部门电能质量考核、评价用户对电能质量满意度及电能商品按质定价等方面具有重要意义。本文介绍了电能质量指标体系,分析论述了基于概率统计、模糊理论的电能质量综合评价的方法及特点,并指出电能质量综合评价工作的发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The power quality problem causes the high value of the power section and the power customer, a part that can not be neglect is the analyse and research on the comprehensive evaluation of the power quality. It has important meanings to the assessment of the power bureau’s power quality, the investigation of power customer’s satisfaction of the power quality and the decision of price according to the quality of power commodity etc. The paper introduces the indexes system of power quality. The method and characteristic of the comprehensive evaluation of the power quality which based on the probability and mathematical statistics or the fuzzy method were analyzed. In the end, it points out the developed direction of the comprehensive evaluation of the power quality.更多还原
