【Abstract】 Optimizing teacher resources at primary level is an important task in pushing forward the modernization of primary school education.This paper puts forward some countermeasures such as : establishing a just and effective supply system of communal products as soon as possible to bridge the gap between rural and urban areas;establishing and developing teacher resources to establish the main part status of schools and teachers;establishing a teacher floating system in primary school and optimizing teacher resource structure to balance it in different areas;consummating the training system of teachers;improving the levels of the academic and working qualification of new teachers according to localities;accelerating the process of teacher specialization and realizing the optimization of primary school teacher resources.更多还原
