【Abstract】 Three characteristics are indicated on the medium scale integrated circuit counter in this paper.An overall point view to understand integrated circuit counter is brought forward based on logic function table which reflect the relationships between pins on the integrated circuit.The methods to analyse and design sequencial logic circuit in medium scale integrated circuit counter are discussed.更多还原
