交直交矩阵变换器及其仿真研究
AC-DC-AC matrix converter and simulation research
【摘要】 传统矩阵变换器(CMC)有许多优良的性能,然而由于控制策略复杂而带来的换流问题,使CMC至今还没有应用于工业领域。本文提出了18开关交直交矩阵变换器(AC-DC-AC MC)的拓扑电路,它不但具有与CMC相同的性能,还能够克服CMC的不足之处。结合输入侧零电流换流策略,采用PWM整流控制和SVPWM逆变控制完全解决了换流问题,得到了很好的输入输出波形。仿真实验结果证实了理论的正确性。
【Abstract】 Though the conventional matrix converter(CMC) has many good characteristics,the problem of commutation,brought by the complexity of its control strategy,prevent it from being utilized in the industry.The topology circuit of 18-switch AC-DC-AC matrix converter is proposed,it has the same performances as CMC,and can overcome the disadvantages of CMC.Combining the strategy of zero-current commutation in line side,the PWM rectify control and inverter control can tackle the problem of commutation completely and acquire good waveforms in both line side and load side.The proposed theory and topology are verified by simulation results.
