【Abstract】 In law science primitive wings on ideology and methodology are now taking shapes in China,although currently it is still long way before we could declare that independent jurisprudential schools have been established. The time has fostered such jurisprudential schools as political perspective, societal perspective, commentary schools and comprehensive school, which are competing each other. This phenomenon is a symbol of academic prosperity of contemporary law science and is guiding various trends of this academic field.更多还原
