【摘要】 在保证安全的前提下,降低发电成本,特别是降低庞大的维修费用,是增强发电企业竞争力的必要手段。针对沙角C电厂引风机检修的现状,提出一套完整的状态检修管理软件。通过对引风机的状态评价,风险评估,给出最优的检修策略。沙角C电厂660 MW机组引风机的实际运用情况表明,该软件界面友好,维护方便,模型推理可靠,为电厂实现检修优化提供一种可行性方案,实施效果良好。图2表1参4

【Abstract】 Under the precondition of warranted operational safety,the indispensable way of enhancing the competitive capability of a power generation enterprise is by reducing the power generation cost,and especially by cutting down the enormous maintenance expenses.With an eye on present maintenance conditions of Shajiao C Power Plant’s induced fans,a way of planning an overall scheme of condition based maintenance is being proposed.The optimal maintenance strategy of induced fans is obtained by evaluating their conditions and assessing the risks concerned.Practical application of such a scheme to the induced fans of Shajiao C Power Plant’s 660MW generating set shows it to be fitting and facilitating maintenance.It moreover shows that the model’s reasoning is reliable,execution effects satisfactory;herewith offering for power plants a way of optimizing maintenance.Figs 2,table 1 and refs 4.
