天然气再燃降低燃煤锅炉NO_x排放的研究

【摘要】 天然气再燃是一种可行、经济且高效的降低锅炉烟气中NOx排放的方法。介绍了它的原理与应用现状,在多功能燃烧实验台上研究了天然气再燃对NOx排放的影响,分析了在各种工况下的实验数据,得出影响脱除NOx效果的因素,并与某电厂石油气再燃实炉改造的结果作了对比,证明了再燃技术的可行性。图8表5参3
【Abstract】 Reburning natural gas is a feasible,economic and effective way of reducing NO_x in boiler flue gas.The principle and status quo of its application are presented,accompanied by a report on the factors influencing NO_x emission in reburning natural gas,as observed on a "multi-functional low-NO_x combustion test rig".Test data of various modes of operation are analyzed,disclosing the factors that affect NO_x reduction.Comparison with results of a petroleum gas reburning retrofitting project of a certain power plant shows that the reburning technique is feasible.Figs 8,tables 5 and refs 3.
