在碱金属催化作用下煤焦与CO2的气化反应

【摘要】 利用固定床实验装置、以CO2作为气化剂,进行煤焦气化反应动力学的研究,分析了碱金属的含量及气化温度对煤焦-CO2气化反应的影响。采用未反应核收缩模型对试验数据进行处理,得到气化反应动力学参数。发现气化温度对煤焦与CO2的气化反应影响显著,碱金属作为煤焦-CO2气化反应的催化剂,能够降低反应过程的活化能,提高反应速率,用未反应核收缩模型能够很好地描述煤焦-CO2的气化反应过程。图9表3参8

【Abstract】 The kinetics of gasification reaction of coal char,with CO2 serving as the gasifying agent,has been studied in a fixed bed test rig and the effect of alkali metal content,as well as that of temperature,on the reaction investigated.The test data were processed with a reactionless core-shrinking model to obtain the kinetic parameters of the gasification reaction.It was discovered that the gasification temperature has a marked effect on the gasification reaction of coal char in the presence of CO2 and that alkali metals,serving as a catalysts,reduce the activation energy of the reaction,but simultaneously enhancing the reaction rate.The coal char-CO2 gasification reaction can very well be indicated by the reactionless core-shrinking model.Figs 9,tables 3 and refs 8.
