【Abstract】 The research on natural resource and geographical information spatial database is one of the hottest issues nowadays. Due to the resource and the environment getting worse, this situation draws the governments’ attention. A great quantity of money is invested and a lot of data about natural resources is accumulated. How to making use of these data is a significant issue that we have to deal with. This paper firstly explains the general feature of WebGIS. Then it illustrates the system design method and procedure of the spatial database. At last it implements an instance prototype:natural resource spatial database of Jiangsu Province.更多还原
