大孔树脂用于菊苣菊粉的脱色研究

【摘要】 运用静态吸附试验对8种大孔树脂进行筛选,通过单因素试验、正交试验和方差分析确定了菊苣菊粉脱色的最佳操作条件.结果表明,LSD-263树脂对菊苣菊粉色素的吸附性能较好;最佳脱色条件为:上柱温度45℃,色素浓度(以吸光度计)0.773 Abs,上柱速度3 BV/h.在此条件下,LSD-263树脂对色素的吸附量可达14.48△AV/mL,菊粉损失率仅为2.38%.

【Abstract】 Static absorption test was adopted to screen 8 macro-porous resins and single-factor test,orthogonal test and variance analysis were adopted to determine optimal operational conditions for decolorizing chicory inulin.It was shown that resin LSD-263 had the highest capacity to absorb the pigments of chicory inulin and the optimal conditions to decolorize chicory inulin were that the feeding temperature was 45℃,the pigment concentration(measured in absorbancewas) was 0.773 Abs and the feeding rate was 3 BV/h.Under these conditions the absorptive capacity of resin LSD-263 reached 14.48 △AV/mL and the rate of inulin loss was only 2.38%.
