【Abstract】 SRAP and TRAP are the recently developed molecular marker systems that are simple,convenient,efficient and highly repeatable and have been widely adopted in genetics,breeding and germplasm research of horticultural plants.The paper introduces the principles and characteristics of SRAP and TRAP markers,and summarizes the applications of the two new molecular markers in genetic-map constructions and genetic diversity analysis and comparative genomic research of horticultural plants,and envisages the prospect of their application.更多还原
