【摘要】 [目的]探讨锁骨钩钢板在骨科创伤中应用的方法及治疗体会。[方法]应用锁骨钩钢板急诊或择期治疗肩锁关节脱位及锁骨外端骨折66例。[结果]63例患者得到随访,随访时间6~36个月,平均10个月。骨折全部愈合,肩锁关节无再脱位。[结论]锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨外端骨折和肩锁关节脱位具有固定牢靠,不损伤关节面、关节功能恢复快等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore the advantage of clavicular hook plate on the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation and distal cla-vicle fractures.[Methods] To study the clinical cases of surgical tr-eatment of acromioclavicular dislocation and distal clavicle fractures with clavicular hook plate.From June 2002 to June 2005,66 patients of fresh acromioclavicular dislocation and distal clavicle fracture-s were treated by internal fixtion with clavicular hook plate.63 of 66 patients were followed-up,follow-up time from 6 months to 3 years.[Results] Sixty-two patients were excellent,1 patients was good.[Conclusion] Clavicular hook plate fixtion provide a effective operative skill for treatment of acromioclarvicular dislocation and distal clavicle fractures.更多还原
