【摘要】 [目的]探讨肝外胆道手术中所致十二指肠损伤的预防与治疗。[方法]回顾1990年~2004年随机抽取76例肝外胆道手术病例中,有18例造成十二指肠损伤临床分析。[结果]全组有8例为十二指肠后壁损伤;10例十二指肠前壁损伤;全组病例中造成十二指肠损伤18例,发生率为23.7%(18/76);术后并发症4例,发生率为5.2%(4/76);死亡2例,死亡率2.7%(2/76)。[结论]肝外胆道手术对十二指肠损伤不可忽视,主要以预防为主,一旦损伤,应积极采取适当合理的术式,是提高治愈率降低并发症和死亡率的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study Prevention and treatment in case of operation of the bile duct that cause duodenal hurt.[Methods] Diagnosisand results of surgical treatment were analysed retrospectively of18cases of duodenal hurt.in 76case of of operation of the bile duct since 1990-2004.[Results] have 8 case of hurt of duodenal back and 10 case of hurt of duodenal front;Among them duodenal hurt was 18 case,rate was23.7%(18/76);The postoperative complication was 4 case,rate was 5.2%(4/76);death was2 case,rate was 2.7%(2/76).[Conclusion] it can’t neglect that operation of the bile duct cause duodenal hurt.Prevention is importment.if hurt,should adopt actively the appropriate and reasonable type is a key that raises the cure rate to lower the complications and death rate.更多还原
