【摘要】 [目的]分析多发性骨髓瘤导致心脏损害的原因及途径。[方法]回顾性分析57例多发性骨髓瘤患者的临床资料。[结果]治疗前或治疗过程中既有或出现心脏损害16例,占28.1%;死亡25例,而直接死于心血管并发症共10例,占40%。[结论]心脏损害是多发性骨髓瘤治疗前及治疗中较常见的并发症;心脏损害是多发性骨髓瘤致死的重要原因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To analyze the reason and the approach of MM patients complicated with cardial injury.[Method]Clinical data of 57 patients with MM from 1995 to 2005 were analyzed retrospectively.[Result]Cardial injury were appered in 16 cases before or during the treatment,the occurrence rate was 28.1%;In all 57 cases of MM,25 cases have died and 10 cases died due to cardial injury,it took 40% in all 25 died patients.[Conclution] Cardial injury was a common complication of MM before or during the treatment,and it was a important reason for MM to death.更多还原
