数字电力系统基础架构平台的设计与实现
Design and Implementation of Base Platform on Digital Power System
【摘要】 针对电力信息化系统中普遍存在的信息孤岛和信息化建设风险问题,基于数字电力系统理论,构建了一种新型的数字电力系统基础架构平台,采用公共对象请求代理体系结构(CORBA)中间件技术,通过各类异构系统的有机整合,实现电力企业各专业系统间的业务互通和数据共享。介绍了数字电力系统基础架构平台体系构成及其实现的相关技术,包括数字电力系统总线、基于公用信息模型(CIM)/组件接口规范(CIS)的数据整合、数字电力系统业务建模和开发管理工具等。
【Abstract】 According to the problem of the isolated information and the risk of construction of information in power information systems, and based on digital power system theory, a new base platform on digital power system is built. Connecting all kinds of different structure systems by the common object request broker architecture(CORBA)middleware technology, this platform can achieve the business exchange and data share among all the professional systems of power enterprises. The construction of the base platform on digital power system and relative implementing technologies are introduced, including digital power system bus, data integrity on the base of the common information model(CIM)/component information specification(CIS), modeling of digital power system business, tools of development and management, etc.
