考虑电压稳定性的无功定价
Reactive Power Pricing Considering Voltage Stability
【摘要】 基于边际价格理论,提出考虑系统电压安全风险的无功定价数学模型。该模型不但隐含了系统静态电压稳定性的信息,也反映了将系统从当前的暂态电压不安全的状态引导到安全的要求。通过满足暂态电压安全约束的无功发电调节与切负荷总代价最小化问题,来表示暂态电压安全风险。仿真算例表明该方法能较好地引导用户,有利于电压稳定性。
【Abstract】 Based on margin pricing theory,a new mathematic model is proposed for reactive power pricing taking voltage security risk into account.The model considers not only the cost for static voltage stability,but also that for transient voltage security.Transient voltage risk can be calculated by optimizing the total cost for generator adjustment and load shielding under restrictions of transient security.Therefore,the risk of insecurity is reflected in the pricing,which leads users to rational decision.The effectiveness is confirmed by simulations.
