【摘要】 电力市场发电容量充裕度分析系统可以用来分析电力市场环境下的发电容量充裕度水平, 为系统的运行和电力的投资提供支持。在分析国际上几种典型的保持发电容量充裕度的机制的基础上,分析了影响发电容量充裕度的主要因素、功能、指标,并提出2种新的结合经济目标的分析指标:充裕度不足损失和裕度效益。建立了电力市场发电容量充裕度的分析子系统的系统结构和分析流程,该分析子系统配置灵活,适应性强,能够满足电力市场不断发展的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 The adequacy analysis system of generation capacity in electricity market could be used to analyze the level of the generation capacity adequacy in electricity market, and provide the support to power system operation and investment. Based on the analysis of several typical keeping-generation-capacity-adequacy mechanisms in the world, the main factors, functions and indexes are analyzed which effect the generation capacity adequacy, and the two new indexes are proposed which consider the economic objectives: one is value of short adequacy and the other is benefit of adequacy. Furthermore, the system structure and analysis flow chart of adequacy analysis subsystem of generation capacity in electricity market are built, and this analysis subsystem has flexible configuration and strong adaptability to meet the perpetual development demand of electricity market.更多还原
