协同控制及其在高压直流输电系统上的应用
Synergetic Control and Its Application in an HVDC Power System
【摘要】 高压直流输电系统是一个典型的非线性时变动态系统,如果采用常规的PI控制,在系统遭受大扰动或运行方式切换时,将难以获得有效的控制效果。文中简要介绍了协同控制理论的基本原理,并针对高压直流输电系统,设计了一种基于协同控制理论的定直流电流、定直流电压的非线性控制算法。最后,将设计的控制策略应用于CIGRE标准直流输电测试系统进行验证,仿真结果表明该控制策略使系统的启动过程快速、平稳;当系统运行模式发生改变时,不仅能够实现对控制目标快速跟随,同时能有效解决运行点发生改变带来的直流电压和电流波动问题。
【Abstract】 As HVDC power transmission system is a typical non-linear time varying system, it is difficult for the conventional PI control to work effectively when the system is subjected to severe disturbances or its operation mode changes. This paper discusses the possibility of applying the synergetic control theory in HVDC power transmission system. A constant DC current and constant DC voltage control scheme based on this theory is proposed. Details of design for such control are given. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control, the performance of the proposed control scheme in the CIGRE benchmark DC transmission system is simulated with PSCAD/EMTDC. The simulation results show that the proposed control works effectively in the start-up process as well as in the conditions when the operation mode shifts for the HVDC system.
