【摘要】 简要介绍了几种常用的输电杆塔接地电阻的测量方法与仪器,指出其存在的缺陷。为克服目前接地电阻测量中所存在的弊端,提出一种新的测量方法和模型,并给出了具体算法。通过仿真分析,给出了影响测量准确性的几个重要因素,并得出简化的误差修正公式。修正后的结果表明, 新方法合理,测量精度较高。最后,针对新方法实际应用中的检验问题,给出了相应的标定方法。

【Abstract】 Some conventional methods for measuring grounding resistance and instruments for transmission line towers are briefly described. The shortcomings existing in practice are pointed out. In order to overcome the flaws found in conventional measurement, a new type of grounding resistance measuring method and model are proposed, and the algorithm is given in detail. Through simulation analysis, several important factors influencing accurate measurement are studied and an error correcting formula is proposed. The correction data indicate that the new method is rational, and the accuracy is up to requirement. Finally, a calibrating method is presented to solve the test problem in actual application.
