多机系统水轮机调速器鲁棒非线性协调控制
Nonlinear Coordinated Robust Governor Control of Hydro-turbine Generator Sets in Multi-machine Power Systems
【摘要】 现代电网具有强非线性、受外界干扰严重和耦合性强3个特征。鲁棒非线性协调控制方法是提高和改善以多机系统为背景的现代电网稳定性最有效、最经济的手段之一。文中应用上述先进控制方法,构造了多机系统水轮机调速器非线性分散控制策略。该策略表达式中的参数只与局部可测量有关,与网络参数无关,因而具备良好的工程可实现性。此外,通过多机电网36节点系统仿真表明,所构造的策略可有效抑制干扰,显著提高电力系统的暂态稳定性。
【Abstract】 Modern power systems possess three characteristics, viz. non-linearity, serious disturbance and strong coupling. The robust nonlinear coordinated control is considered to be one of the best ways both in cost and efficacy to enhance and improve the multi-machine system stability. In this paper, a nonlinear coordinated robust governor controller for hydro-turbine generator sets is proposed. The variables in the expression of the proposed controller are all local measurements and independent of the grid parameters that make it to be more applicable in field. Computer simulation of an 8-machine, 36-bus power system shows clearly the effectiveness of the new control strategy in transient stability enhancement and disturbance attenuation.
