含风电场电力系统经济调度的模糊建模及优化算法
Fuzzy Modeling and Optimization Algorithm on Dynamic Economic Dispatch in Wind Power Integrated System
【摘要】 随着人们对风电的日益关注,新型风电场的容量在并网系统中所占比例不断增加,这对传统电力系统的经济调度问题提出了新的要求。特别是风电场输出功率的随机变化给系统的经济调度带来了更多的不确定性因素。文中应用模糊理论建立了含风电场电力系统动态经济调度的模糊模型,使调度结果能够表达决策者的意愿,从而更好地适应风机输出功率的随机性。在优化算法上, 利用下降搜索思想对传统粒子群算法进行了改进,并将改进后的算法用于求解提出的动态经济调度问题。在算例中进行了测试,结果验证了所提出的方法的可行性。
【Abstract】 Wind generation has been drawn great attention with the increase of the capacity of large wind farms connected to power grid, thus brings new challenges to economic dispatch of traditional power systems. Especially, more uncertainties are produced by the random variation of wind power output. The dynamic economic dispatch (DED) problem including wind farms is discussed in this paper and a fuzzy modeling for DED is then presented, which could make the dispatch result reflect the willingness of decision-makers and hereby adapt the random wind power output better. Moreover, the conventional particle swarm optimization (PSO) is improved by using the descending search and then adopted to solve the proposed dynamic economic dispatch. The example testing result indicates the feasibility of the proposed method.
