从缴费行为分析电力客户信用度
Analysis of clients’credit from their paying behaviors
【摘要】 电力市场条件下,电力公司规避电费拖欠风险的有效办法是加强对客户的信用分析。在对电费数据库所反映出来的众多电力客户复杂的、有差异性的缴费行为进行深入剖析的基础上,根据信用评价客观性、公正性、一致性要求,设计合适的评价指标及该指标计算方法,以准确度量电力客户不同缴费行为所反映的信用状况,增强评估客观性,通过案例分析证明所提方法的有效性和可行性。
【Abstract】 Under electricity market,the effective measurement to avoid risk resulted from arrears with electricity charge is to enhance analysis of clients’ credit.With the help of electricity charge database in which the data of reflecting clients’ paying behaviors is stored,referred to the requirements of credit assessment,such as objectivity,fair,consistency et al.A credit index is proposed and detailed calculation scheme is designed.Then,the credit score could distinguish the credit status for those different clients,which decreases subjectivity.Through analysis of examples it shows that the method is effective and feasible.
