【Abstract】 The building energy-conserving problems in our country is extremely urgent. Proceeding from the current situation of building energy consumption in our country, the paper explores building energy-conserving achievement and problems, designs the criterion system appraising the building energy conservation. The usability of appraising information of the existing criterion systems is relatively low, and these systems can’t play their function. Scientific evaluation method should be run in the whole course of planning, designing to finish construction,operation and maintenance.更多还原
