高压离心水泵系统抗震性能的研究
Study of Aseismatic Capability for High Pressure Centrifugal Water Pump Systems
【摘要】 采用有限元法对高压离心水泵系统进行模态分析,发现系统的固有频率与系统的运转频率有较大的差异,系统的动力学性能对抗震性能影响较小,因此可采用静强度分析方法分析系统的抗震性能.结果表明:泵系统在自重、接管载荷、螺栓预紧力和震动载荷同时作用下,能够保证承压部件的完整性和转子系统的可运转性,泵与底板、电机与底板连接螺栓和地脚螺栓的应力满足ASME-Ⅲ-NF中对三级设备的要求.
【Abstract】 Based on finite element analysis of the model for high pressure centrifugal water pump system,the difference between innate and running frequencies in the system is determined.The dynamics property has a little influence on the aseismatic capability of the system.Thus,the static strength analysis method can be used to analyze the aseismatic capability of the system.The results show that under the collective effects of the system weight,the linking canal load,the pre-claping force by bolts and the concuss load on the pump system,the integrality of the carrying pressure unit and the running property of the rotor system can be ensured,and that the stress of the linking bolts between pump and baseboard,motor and baseboard,and the land bolts satisfy the demand on third-grade equipment according to ASME-Ⅲ-NF standard.
