月桂基咪唑啉缓蚀剂的合成及缓蚀性能
Synthesis and Corrosion Inhibiting Property of Lauryl Imidazoline Corrosion Inhibitor
【摘要】 以月桂酸与多胺(羟乙基乙二胺、二乙烯三胺)为原料,采用真空脱水法合成了A、B两种月桂基咪唑啉,用丙烯酸甲酯作为烷基化试剂,合成了两种咪唑啉衍生物缓蚀剂.用IR、静态失重法、Tafel极化曲线、SEM、能谱分析等检测方法考察所合成缓蚀剂的结构及其性能.研究表明月桂酸与多胺在150℃和200℃于10 mmHg的真空度下两次分段脱水,合成出了月桂基环状咪唑啉;所合成的A、B两种缓蚀剂在用量很小的情况下缓蚀率可达90%以上,缓蚀剂B效果较稳定,用量增加对缓蚀率的提高影响不大,缓蚀剂A在月桂酸与羟乙基乙二胺摩尔比为1∶1.3时,缓蚀率随用量的增加而增大,用量在5 mL左右的缓蚀率可达到99%.
【Abstract】 An imidazoline was synthesized by a two-step vacuum dehydration method using lauric acid and amine such as N-(β-hydroxyl-ethyl)-ethylenediamine and diethylene triamine pentacetic acid as precursors.Methyl acrylate was used as alkylation.The inhibition rate was investigated by IR,static weightlossing method,Tafel polarization curve,SEM and energy spectrum analysis.The results indicate that cycle configuration imidazoline can be synthesized by the two-step dehydrating in the temperature of 150℃ and 200℃ under vacuum degree of 10mmHg.The inhibition rate of the two kinds of corrosion inhibitors is over 90% with a little addition of the corrosion inhibitor.The corrosion inhibitor B is very stable and the increase of the use level can’t effect the inhibition rate.However,the inhibition rate increases with the increase of use level,when the ratio of the lauric acid and N-(β-hydroxyl-ethyl)-ethylenediamine is 1∶1.3 and the inhibition rate can achieve 99%.
