【摘要】 目的:探讨经尿道等离子体双极电切法治疗良性前列腺增生的安全性与有效性。方法:采用经尿道等离子体双极电切行前列腺剜除240例。前列腺重量30～120g,平均75g。结果:手术时间30～70min,平均50min。切除前列腺组织重量30～80g,平均60g。无电切综合征发生。术后4～5d拔除留置导尿管,全部病例排尿通畅。术后出现暂时性尿失禁5例,继发性前列腺出血2例,尿道狭窄1例。结论:经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗良性前列腺增生安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect and safety of transurethral Resection of Prostate with the bipolar plasmakinetic technique(PKRP) in the treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH).Methods: 240BPH patients underwent transurethral Resection of Prostate with the bipolar plasmakinetic technique.The preoperative estimated weight of the prostate ranged from 30 g to 102 g,averaged 75g.Results: The operation lasted for 30～70 min,averaging 50 min.The resected tissues weighed 30～80 g,averaging 60 g.During the operation no transurethral resection(TUR) syndrome occurred.The catheter was removed 4～5 days after the operation.Five cases of rary incontinence,two cases of perioperative hemorrhage and one case of urethral stricture occurred.Conclusion: Transurethral Resection of Prostate with the bipolar plasmakinetic technique is a safe and effective means for the treatment of BPH.更多还原
