【摘要】 目的:探讨肝脏、胰腺和十二指肠部分切除术后肝组织的再生反应。方法:在6只新西兰大白兔行60%肝叶的切除加50%胰腺切除和近端十二指肠切除术,采用组织化学分别在1,2,3,4d对术后肝组织的TGF-β(转化生长因子-β)和PCNA(核增殖抗原)进行检测。结果:联合切除术后1d,PCNA和TGF-β即在肝组织内表达,3d后表达逐渐下调。结论:肝脏、胰腺和十二指肠部分切除术后1d肝组织即出现再生反应,胰腺和十二指肠外分泌腺的多种因子可能促进肝细胞再生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate hepatic regenerated power after Hepatopancreatoduodenectomy,Methods: Hepatopancreatoduodenectomy(60% hepatectomy,50% pancreatectomy and partial duodenectomy) were taken on 6 New Zealand rabbits and TGF-β,PCNA expressing in hepatic regeneration were detected by immunohistochemistry after 1,2,3,4,5d.Results: The expression of TGF-β,PCNA appearance in hepatic tissue at 1 day.After 3 days,the expression down regulated gradually.Conclusions: Hepatic regeneration start 1d after Hepatopancreatoduodenectomy,Multifactors originated from the exocrine of the pancreas and the duodenum may play a vital role in hepatic regeneration.更多还原
