霉菌菌落的分形研究
Study on fractals of mold colony
【摘要】 霉菌菌落的形态特征复杂,却具有极其不规则性和自相似性,用分形学描述霉菌生长过程可能是一种有效途径,但至今未见报道。本文介绍这方面的工作。采用PDA培养基培养几种不同的霉菌,通过Photoshop处理它们的菌落生长过程的扫描图像,再用灰度统计和盒子维数计算出它们在不同生长时间的菌落分维数。结果发现菌落的分维数与其形态特征有密切的联系,菌落生长过程的分维数变化与其生长曲线十分相似。
【Abstract】 Mould colony is very complex in characteristics.It enjoys extreme irregularity and self-similarity.Fractal analysis is hopefully to be an effective approach in studying the mould growth process.But,there is little information published in the literature in this aspect.We have cultured several different moulds using PDA medium.It growth image is processed via Photoshop.Then,the colony fractal dimensions at different period of growth are calculated by gray-scale statistics and boz-counting.It reveals that both colony morphology and its fractal dimension are inter-related closely.Variation of the fractal dimension is similar to the growth curve.
