炭黑填充复合型硅橡胶屏蔽性能及拉敏特性研究

【摘要】 分别研究了华光炭黑(HG-1B)及N 234炭黑填充的复合型硅橡胶屏蔽性能及拉敏特性.发现在低阻值情况下可用Sche lkunoff理论较好地描述其屏蔽效果.另外根据量子力学隧道效应推导了其阻值随拉力的变化关系,其关系可近似用二次多项式表示,将实验结果按此式拟合,符合得很好.同时综合考虑橡胶的电阻率、电阻变化率和伸长率,结果发现当橡胶具有最大的拉敏特性时,其导电性与力学性能具有最佳的结合点,并由此确定了N 234和HG-1B的最佳填充量.

【Abstract】 Shielding properties and pulling sensitive characteristic of the complex silicone rubber filled with HG-1B and N234 have been studied.The results show that shielding effectiveness in low resistance can be described well with Schelkunoff theory.Besides,according to the tunneling conductive theory,the dependence of electrical resistance on the tensile force is derived,which can be expressed in the form of polynomial,the experimental results are in excellent agreement with this formula.By considering volume resistivity,ΔR/R0 and elongation,the experimental results show that when ΔR/R0 has the extremum,conductivity and mechanical properties of rubber possess the optimal binding site and the best contents of both HG-1B and N234 are determined.
