750kV并联电抗器减振措施及效果分析

【摘要】 并联电抗器削弱了空载和轻载时长线路的电容效应所引起的工频电压升高,但减振一直是铁芯电抗器的技术难题。我国对750 kV等级并联电抗器的研制与使用尚属首次,制造工艺上采取了减振措施,但在运行中发现电抗器出现振动超标。750 kV电抗器体积过大,重量集中,却只有2个条形基础,分析这可能是导致其振动超标的原因。用千斤顶进行临时支撑,进行跟踪测试分析,找到合适位置对电抗器基础进行加固达到了减振效果。

【Abstract】 The parallel reactor can reduce the work frequency voltage rise caused by the capacitance effect of long lines under idle and light load,but vibration reduction is always a technical problem for the reactor with iron core.It is the 1st time in China to develop and apply 750 kV parallel reactors.The measures to reduce the vibration during manufacture process has been taken,but the vibration of the reactor has exceeded the standard during operation.The reasons may be as follows: too large volume,centralized weight and only 2-bar-shaped foundation.The jack is used for the temporary support with track inspection and a proper location is found to reinforce the reactor foundation.
