【Abstract】 This paper presents a summary and comprehensive analysis on tendering,electricity tariff level and other related issues of wind power concession projects,which have been implemented under direct organization of the State Development and Reform Commission since 2003.It also introduces the pilot wind power concession projects being implemented be- tween 2003 and 2005 and the basic principle of bidding for concession in 2006 so as to provide reference for those interested in the development of wind power development in our country.更多还原
