【Abstract】 Based on the further analyses on the process method of ISO9000 Quality Management System and government process controlling,the authors put forward the theory model of government process controlling,which is viewed from the two respectives: "business" and "person".The model combines E-government system and performance evaluation organically.On the other hand,the structure system of the government process controlling is discussed and the common application model of the government process controlling is established in this paper.A specific example is also presented to validate the model at the end of this paper.更多还原
