【Abstract】 Delaying female retirement ages and implementing the policy of the female retirement age to be the same with the male,not only safeguard the feminine rights and interests,which are based on the sex equality,but most importantly enhance the females’ quality and the level of lives after being retired.In this paper,the authors use the mathematics method to calculate the actual influence on the female pension when their retirement ages are delayed.更多还原
