【Abstract】 BOT projects have been widely used in the development of metropolitan wastewater treatment.During the sewage concession tariff negotiation,both governments and sponsors always neglect risk influence on pricing,and lack appropriate risk allocation between them.In order to solve the problem,nine critical risk factors have been identified which influence sewage concession tariff greatly by using questionnaire analyses.All these risk allocation suggestions have also been put forward,which can be used as references to the determination of the sewage concession tariff and adjustment mechanism.更多还原
