【摘要】 康熙帝利用监察系统监控国家行政系统,稳操皇权,开创了盛世。论文在概述康熙朝监察体系的基础上,运用控制理论,建立了康熙朝的监察监控模型,通过拆解和分析监察监控模型的结构,把监察官在监察监控系统中所扮演的角色与国家行政系统的互动关系体现出来。最后对监察监控系统的功能进行了简要的分析和评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Kangxi emperor supervised and controlled national administration by supervisory system,and he firmly controlled his own imperial power and inaugurated a flourishing era.This paper,based on the introduction of Kangxi Dynasty’s supervisory system,sets up the supervisory control model of the Kangxi Dynasty by the control theory.The authors show the interactive relations between the censor’s role in the supervisory control system and the national administration system by analyzing the structure of the supervisory control model.Finally,the authors briefly analyze and appraise the function of the supervisory control system.更多还原
