DC/AC并联高频软开关逆变电源
DC/AC Parallel Inverter with High Frequency and Soft Switch
【摘要】 分析研究了主从模块法并联高频软开关逆变电源的电路拓扑、稳态原理、三态离散脉冲调制(DiscretePulseModulation,DPM)电流滞环控制技术、均流原理和关键电路参数设计。设计并研制成功的3kVA27VDC/115V400HzAC样机,具有体积重量小、变换效率高、静态精度高、动态响应快、输入电压范围宽、输出波形质量高、并联均流效果好、负载适应能力强、过载与短路能力强等优良性能,在大功率逆变场合具有重要应用价值。
【Abstract】 This paper discusses the circuit topology,steady principle,the three-state Discrete Pulse Modulation(DPM) hysteresis current control strategy,principle of current sharing and criteria for the key circuit parameters of parallel inverter with high frequency and soft switch constituted in master-slave mode.The developed 3kVA 27VDC / 115V400Hz AC prototype has excellent comprehensive performances such as small bulk,lower weight,high conversion efficiency,high steady precision,fast dynamic response,wide input voltage range,good output waveforms(THD<1.0%),good effect on current-sharing(the bias of output current under normalized load is lower than 0.4A),strong over-load and short-circuit ability(the operation time 120min at 110% normalized load,5min at 150% normalized load and 5 seconds at short load),and strong function with different nature load and non-linear load.It is suit for large power field.
