用于混合动力汽车的三电平双向DC/DC变换器
Three-Level Bidirectional DC/DC Converters for Hybrid Electrical Vehicle
【摘要】 将三电平技术应用到双向DC/DC装置中,可以提高混合动力汽车驱动系统中双向DC/DC装置的开关频率,为此提出了一种新的三电平双向DC/DC变换器拓扑。通过三电平拓扑和传统两电平拓扑电路的对比分析,得出了相同先决条件下这两种拓扑中开关管电压应力和电感电流可减小的幅度。最后通过仿真试验验证了分析结果。
【Abstract】 To improve the switch frequency of the bidirectional DC/DC converters in Hybrid Electrical Vehicle(HEV),a novel three-level topology of the bidirectional DC/DC converter is presented in this paper.By analyzing the current ripple of the inductor and voltage stress of switches at the same conditions,the reduced value of the current ripple and voltage stress with three-level topology can be got.It was shown that this converter reduces the voltage stress across the main switch to half of the input voltage and can decrease the current ripple of the inductor.These characteristics make the proposed converter be an interesting option for HEV.The principle of this converter is verified on a simulative prototype.
