【Abstract】 Based on the practical tests,It is found that the CVT’s capacitance increases abnormally,and the three phase voltages are obviously imbalanced,although the error of CVT′s capacitance is within the requirement specified by the national standard.Through further examination,it can be concluded that the inner in-series capacitors have been partly broken down.The attentions on CVT′s operation and testing are proposed.更多还原
